Its taken a week but I finally seem to have got the hang of spinning - ok so my wool is coming out pretty uneven so far, but its definitely wool...... I plan on knitting it up into some small drinks coasters, sort of mini dishcloths, fingers crossed...
Love the way the fleece looks after its been hand carded, and the colours from the Jacob is just gorgeous. Here is a photo of the fleece, carded and then spun wool - Ok so its not the most even wool ever but I'm pleased with it.
